PAUL ABEL
Hydraulics Lead

Paul Abel is a chemical and hydraulics engineer with experience
using computational models of fluids. He graduated from MIT in 2008 with a
degree in Chemical Engineering.
Abel has a background in both academic and commercial sectors. He has worked for
organizations including the FEI Corporation and Sandia National Laboratories
on projects ranging from transport phenomena to gas phase kinetics and
combustion chemistry. Abel's work has been published in the Journal of
Physical Chemistry and the Proceedings of the Combustion Institute. He has
presented at national conferences of both the American Chemical
Society and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
As a trained machinist, Abel also has significant
experience in design and prototyping.
